About A Nice Yard
A Nice Yard is an owner-operated property-services company based in Estancia. We clean up, haul off, grade, mow, plow, and build — with our own equipment and crews, at fair flat prices.
We own our equipment
A compact track loader, three 30-yard roll-off containers, dump and tilt trailers, and a full grounds fleet. We are not renting per job, so our prices and schedule are our own.
Local to the Valley
Based at our yard in Estancia. We serve the surrounding towns and Torrance County with same-week service while others drive out from the city.
Licensed, insured & documented
General liability coverage, a Class A CDL for hauling, and before/after photos plus receipts on every job — proof in hand if the County is asking.
